Canton is my hometown and I've been here at Q92 for 5 years now, after spending a few years at another station in the area. I've had a blast! Met some really great people so far in my time here! Radio was always what I wanted to do and I feel very fortunate to get to do what I love. If you don't like your job, trust me, you won't be happy...You never get up and 'go to work' in the morning! I also love music and don't think I've ever gone a day without listening to music. One of the coolest aspects of the job is many times introducing you to a new band, or a new song. While not on the air, I do what's known in the industry as 'imaging'. That makes no sense to you. It's the fancy stuff that plays between the songs. The promos and whatnot. I tell some guy what to say, he says it, then I play with noise and sound effects to produce it all into the elements you hear on the air!
